Low-Profile Lift Tables and Pallet Positioners lift table and pallet positioner platforms sit 8' to 10' above the floor when fully lowered. So they must be loaded by a fork lift or stacker. Southworth’s Low-Pro Series™ of low-profile lift tables and pallet positioners have platforms that sit essentially flush to the floor so they can be loaded and unloaded by ordinary hand pallet trucks which cost less, are easier to operate, don't require certification and are more abundant in a lot of facilities.

Automobile tire assembly line Lift

These are two high-precision synchronous off-line equipment customized for the truck assembly workshop. The loading capacity is 20 tons, 12 meters long and 0.75 meters wide. After assembly, the truck is transferred to the off-line workstation by AGV trolley. The truck is transported above the lift table. With the lifting of the lift table, the truck is separated from the AGV trolley. When the AGV trolley leaves, the lift table drops to the low position synchronously. The truck can leave the lift table and complete the off-line operation.

Dock lift

You can save the high cost of loading dock construction, work from any truck bed level to grade level and handle unstable loads quickly and safely with Southworth Loading Dock Lifts. These hydraulic scissor lift dock lifts can be installed indoors or outdoors, pit mounted, pad mounted or surface mounted. Available dock lift capacities are up to 20,000 lbs.Southworth Loading Dock Lifts are more versatile than dock levelers, faster and easier than manual loading and unloading, safer than ramps and inclines and less expensive than recessed truck wells.Three Loading Dock Lift series are available. M-Series are Medium-Duty Dock Lifts. H-Series are Heavy-Duty Dock lifts. Both M- and H-Series Dock Lifts can be configured as pit mounted or pad mounted. SM-Series Dock Lifts are Surface Mount units.
