Southworth loading Dock lift is special auxiliary equipment for cargo loading and unloading used in conjunction with the forklift. The forklift can directly drive from the ground or the platform into the interior of the carriage via the platform for batch loading and unloading operations.
Southworth has designed and customized a set of hydraulic loading and unloading lift table with load up to 3 tons, table top nearly 2.5 meters long and nearly 2 meters wide, travel up to 1.1 meters. The lift table is used in the loading and unloading area of the customer. It is equipped with a hydraulically powered flap, custom anti-skid lines on the top and railings on both sides. It is an upgraded custom lift table of Southworth on basis of the existing standard products.
When the cold chain truck runs into the loading and unloading area, the lift table will rise with the top to the truck height, the pallet jack loaded with packaged fresh products will go into the truck and place the fresh products there. The specially custom lift table can allow two packet jacks to push and stack two piles of products at the same time. After the products are stacked properly, the empty pallet jacks will exit from the truck carriage and back to the lift table. When the lift table falls down to the ground, the pallet jacks will leave from the lift table.
The height of the lift table can be adjusted flexibly. The striped table top with anti-skid function ensures safe operation. It features fast lifting and efficient and fast operation. When there is no loading and unloading demand, the lift table can be parallel to the ground, not affecting the use of the site.
