This lift table assembly needs to be installed in a space with a diameter of 1.1 m. The upper and lower lift tables require a load capacity of 3 tons and 4 tons respectively, and all power systems and electrical components have to be integrated and installed inside the lift table assembly in order to save space occupation.
At the beginning of communication with our customer, we had realized that the design and implementation of such a lift table must involve more sophisticated expertise and higher precision requirements; however, we were full of confidence simply based on our strong customization capability. Through site investigation, mutual communication based on 3D models, comparison of different materials, and testing of various components, etc., SOUTHWORTH's team, after inputting unremitting efforts, finally installed this lift table assembly successfully on the site.
The customer, a large-scale tire manufacturer, needed to install a lift table in the factory, which shall enable integration with the existing conveying system and intelligent control through the system.
According to the specific working conditions and operating requirements, SOUTHWORTH's team developed this customized lift table assembly composed of a parallel dual-scissor structure for the lower unit and a single-scissor structure for the upper unit.
This lift table assembly, which is able to support six operating modes according to the lifting height of each unit, is perfectly integrated with the existing conveying system in the factory and can be operated through intelligent control.
At present, this lift table assembly has been delivered to the customer and successfully installed in the factory for use, which is indicating another successful application of SOUTHWORTH lift table in the field of equipment integration systems.
Our team has been committed to designing customized lifting systems for various application scenarios in order to realize automation of operation procedures through system-based control of lifting movements with high precision.
