Through intelligent modification and upgrading of conventional filling lines, the automated flexible production system (FPS) is able to realize fully-automatic operation of the whole process, from filling, sealing to packing. For such applications, it is a great challenge to design the equipment to cope with the elevation difference among various stations during vertical lifting of materials/products.
The equipment need to be not only designed with a higher load capacity to withstand the large weight of food to be filled, but also provided with unified interfaces, which are compatible with horizontal conveyors at inlets and outlets in order to implement the conveying process automatically.
