After months of planning, coordination and hard work, project Southworth Asia Pacific (S-APAC) was finally completed and we held celebrations to officially inaugurate both New Shanghai Office and New Wuxi Factory on March 27th / March 28th respectively.

Our facility moved to our New Commercial Office to a much more convenient, customer, business & employee friendly location in Xinzhuang County, Minhang district -Shanghai Municipality was smoothly executed. The New Office is a major improvement from the old Fengxian Office as it has an open office layout concept that will greatly improve inter-departmental communications and strengthen teamwork.

The New Office Location has an Underground metro within walking distance and is 20 mins away from Shanghai High Speed Train / Domestic Airport Hub and China’s Largest Trade Exposition Center.

In his opening speech, Brian McNamara congratulated everyone on the   exciting new beginning, marking a major milestone and a new chapter in our journey to better serve our customers, grow our business and provide a comfortable work environment for our employees to grow their careers.  

James Cabot expressed his confidence that with Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing & Design Engineering collocated under one roof, the new office environment new environment will help raise our efficiency and productivity to new levels.” 

Over in Xishan County -Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, we had similar excitement with our modern and professional manufacturing facility’s official inauguration.

More than 250 Guests Comprising of Government Officials, Customers, Suppliers, Distributors & Business Partners attended the Event. Customers & Distributors and Suppliers were highly impressed With Our New Lean Manufacturing Systems Facility and look forward to continued Growth with Southworth.

The 7800 m² Facility Is Green Enabled with An Effective Exhaust Gas Ventilation System and In the Near Future A Fully-Integrated Water-Based Paint System That is Environmentally Friendly and Meets China’s EIA Requirements.

The High Point of The Event at The Factory Was The “Dotting” Of the Lion’s Eyes & Lion Dance to Usher in A New Chapter for Southworth.
